Cinematic bars how to enable

hello, new the forum for the sole reason of enabling the cinematic filmstrips. I've looked all over the net to try to enable the cinematic in DarNified ui. I looked at all the posts on these forums and I cant figure it out. Bare in mind I don't how to write XML so please make sure your not it vague. By the way, I love this MOD
